Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept returns, exchanges, and refund requests only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Important Usage & Care Notice

All our products come with care instructions mentioned on the packaging.

  • Customers are advised to read and follow these instructions carefully before use
  • ISHELA will not be responsible for any damage caused due to improper use, handling, or failure to follow care instructions

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ishela.com
  • Please include clear images of the product and packaging

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
